Who Will Save the Heroes?

Written by: Zirah Daigle

Article Overview: This article is intended for you to take a serious look of how you and I should view ourselves and to change our way of thinking. It also opens up the idea of working hard for yourself as you would a complete stranger that is rich because of your time, effort and sacrifice. Hopefully it makes you look at time in how precious it is to you and how important, understanding and gracious your family is to accept all the sacrifices being done. May it inspire you to value your time, family and yourself and to become who you truly are...

Who Will Save the Heroes?

Wondering what heroes I am referring to? Well the heroes are you and me. How can that be you ask? Yes I know we can’t crawl on walls (yet), have a bullet bounce off our chest or travel thruspace, but isn’t it you and I that make the world the way it is? Haven’t we flown to the moon, have eyes in the “universe”, revive a personfrom death? Think about it the very comic heroes we idolize are an image of the average you and me. Let me explain, policemen (women), they answer calls saving a woman or man in distress, firemen put out fires and save kitties off the trees. Soldiers go half way around the world to help a country in turmoil or to catch the “bad guy”.

You and me to wake up early in the morning or early in the evening to get to our jobs to make sure the customers have whatever servicesorproducts they need to make life a little easier. To educate each other and assist one another when times are not so good and when they are very good. Isn’t that what superheroes in the comics do? The very same thing we do every single day. So go ahead and call yourself a hero because you are and while you are patting yourself on the back, stop and think, why don’tIworkthishardformyself? Why doyou? If you hadthe opportunity to work hard for yourself and reap the benefits as a rich man, would you take the step? Why are you hesitant and what are you afraid of? You are already living below your means, just because you have the latest type of television and the latest gameconsole does not make you rich.Eitherway you probably charged all that on a credit card just so youcouldfeel like the rest of the world, right?

To be the superhero you truly are, you need to connect with yourself and make your education grow.So when the good times as well as the bad times come your way you are ready for it. You’ll be ready for it because you have worked hard for yourself and become rich in mind and body. You put in the hours for yourself as you would for the boss you were working for and made rich! So who is going to help you, superhero, when you have been laid off, there will be no bailout money heading your direction. Don't get me wrongyou have to give value to others for riches you deserve, instead of walkinaround and thinkinyou are entitled to richesand expecting a handout. For riches and self growth you have to work very hard, just like how hard you work for the bossthatyou make rich. So think about it and ask yourself again, who is going to help you, the superhero?

Re: Are you satisfied with your ISP's services? Re: Are you satisfied with your ISP's services? - The same in my case my ISP holds my phone number. What i don't like is that if i have a technical problem the process take to much time and they will never hurry up to solve the problem. Save God this it not happening to often. Another think that bugs me is the advertising .... to many offers and advertisements that are annoying people.
Re: My Favourite 7 Boldest Entrepreneur Moves of All Time Re: My Favourite 7 Boldest Entrepreneur Moves of All Time - Thanks David - both are great suggestions! We've done Elon Musk from PayPal but none of the traditional credit card companies - I like the VISA idea a lot! Right now we're working through the entrepreneurs who were part of our Entrepreneur Heroes trading cards and as soon as that's done I'll add this to the list!

Re: Promote Websites You Don't Own! Re: Promote Websites You Don't Own! - For most new small businesses jumping into online marketing for the first time I would steer clear of PPC advertising. For a while at least. Without a decent understanding of how search works and the whole PPC thing, including quality score, split testing of ad copy and landing pages, negative keywords, etc., you burn through your money pretty quick while trying to just learn and often end up with a deeply negative return on investment. Instead I would maybe spend that part of the budget on doing more of some of the other things you mentioned. Maybe buy another directory link or two. Another press release. More local offline advertising. Save the PPC for when the budget is not quite so tight and those other marketing efforts are already bringing in business. You can then better afford the learning curve costs and time required to get it right, and most importantly get it profitable.
Re: Kevin's Case Study #3 - Promoting something you can't try Re: Kevin's Case Study #3 - Promoting something you can't try - You have a product that seems to be a breakthrough in the security industry. Not only will it help catch crooks, but it will definitely draw the attention of curious individuals. I would suggest that instead of youtube, video or actual demonstrations, or even acoustic tests, why not try product integration in hollywood shows or even films. It may look like cutting edge technology in shows like CSI or Heroes, draw a funny reaction of the victim in some comedy films, and a point of discussion in court room shows. People nowadays don't have time to go out to road shows or events, but never miss their favorite programs.
