Internet Networking Marketing Do You Know the Basics for Article Marketing? Part Two
Part two and the final part of internet networking marketing, knowing the basics for article marketing will describe the other key factors for article marketing and writing. The key factors to be covered will be; choosing a topic or title, selecting an article angle or perspective, writing your body, writing your opening and summary paragraphs, and submission. Once you have learned the basics for article writing you can begin your marketing campaign with great confidence and expectations. Article writing is just like any other skill set; it requires constant practice in order to perfect your writing ability skill. Very well written articles will effectively engage new prospects and readers, and will cause a higher response rate to your written material.
Now that you have chosen your long-tailed keyword, select a title that is directly related to it. You will include in the beginning of your title your long-tailed keyword. Questions are excellent to use in titles. Most people don't like when questions go unanswered. Also in your title you want to interject emotion in order to initiate some type of emotional reaction from your readers. For example a title could read; Long Stem Red Roses - Why Are the Residents of Middletown New York Crazy about Them?
The next step is choosing your perspective or angle. Every article contains its sole perspective. Authors can write a "how to article", "review article", a "problem then solution article", a "personal experience article" and finally a "comparison article". An author can interchange an article's perspective or angle, and write five separate articles based on one long-tailed keyword.
Write the body of your article. Compose a list of three or four ideas or points you want to convey. Your three or four points will be the beginning sentence of each paragraph. For each beginning sentence, write three to four sentences supporting it. Now you have three to four paragraphs in the body of your article. Most online article directories want a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 5,000 words written in each article. Your keywords in your article should not comprise more than 2% of it's content.
Compose your opening or introductory paragraph. Explain to your readers what you are about to tell them. Make your opening paragraph engaging as possible evoking some form of emotion or thought. One proven method of engaging your readers is to ask questions and then provide the answers.
The last step in the process is writing your summary paragraph of the article. In the closing paragraph reiterate what you covered in your article. Write three to five sentences summarizing each key point in your article.
You should also know the mechanics of article marketing and writing. You should always proofread your article a minimum of five times. You want to check for spelling and grammar errors and omissions. Submit your articles to online article directories. Always submit your articles to EzineArticles.com first, since they seem to have the best duplicate content filter. If you submit your articles to other directories before EzineArticles.com they will label it as duplicate content. There are thousands of online directories to submit your articles to, so do your research and find the best online directories suitable for the submissions of your articles.
In summary, choosing a title containing a long-tailed keyword is crucial. Asking questions in your title will initiate curiosity and emotion from your readers. Begin your title with your long-tailed keyword. Choose an angle or perspective to base your article on. In the body of your article there should be a minimum of three to four points you want to convey. You should have an opening and closing paragraph in your article. Always submit your articles to EzineArticles.com first. Always proof your articles a minimum of five times before submission. Now you have the basics of article marketing and writing. Use them as a part of your internet networking marketing campaign. I hope the preceding information can aid you tremendously in your internet marketing journey.
