Article Overview: I have tried those so called "Business Opportunities". One thing I have painfully found out is you cannot jump on every opportunity that looks good. When I was about to give up, I finally found one that actually works. Through the help and mentoring from a well known entreprenuer, I am finally living the life I was ment to live.

How do you know what is a good Home Business Opportunity?

How do you know what is a good home business opportunity? With all of the Scams out there it is hard to see the good from the bad. I am going to tell you what to look for when starting a home business. Everybody has set in their head they want to make a lot of money. Somewhere along the road we lose touch with why and how to do this. I would like to share with you an all too familiar story.

I was afraid to start anew business. I didn't really have the money to venture out on my own. Every bit of money I made went to paying bills. I have been doing the same job for several years. It was keeping the bills paid, barely. I was afraid I would fail. I didn't really know anything about a home business, and everything I had heard was not very good. My family did not support me in this decision. I mean if my current situation is keeping the bills paid, why change it.

I tried business opportunities before and failed miserably. The first venture was bad. I spent more money than I made on vitamins and protein shakes. So I thought I would try something else. The second venture went just like the first one. I was excited to be a travel agent in an economy that was going downhill. Needless to say, that didn't go over very well. I had disappointed myself, and worst yet, lost all support from my family and friends.

I finally found something that works. I learned how to use the computer for business. They say the third time is a charm. If I ever have a question, I know where to go to get the answer. I am constantly in touch with others who help me along the way. We have training calls multiple times a week where people share what they are doing that works, and get feedback from others. If I am ever not totally up for work, there is a daily motivational phone call at 10 am. I have told you about scams out there which are designed to take your money and leave you wanting more. The world does not need another vitamin or travel agent. The world does need people helping other people learn how to manage their money, and working together to become successful in whatever avenue they pursue. When you go to buy a new car, you don't just pay for the one the salesman wants you to buy. You buy the car you want because you know it is reliable and proven to last. The same goes with working from home. You want the one that you know is proven to work, not the one the scammer what you to buy into.

I'm currently devoting a significant amount of my time writing articles and plan to submit to the article directories. I'm already seeing good results from the few articles that I have released. My site is up and I have most of the puzzle pieces in place. Any comments on the site, and suggestions are welcomed. Thanks in advance.

The Best Business Books Ever: The 100 Most Influential Business Books You'll Never Have Time to Read - this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody. 2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto. 3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.
