Enlightened Millionaires: AHA Number 9

Article Overview: In this multi-part series, network marketing entrepreneurs Pat Idoux and Bryan See will describe, implement, and then share their results from two very different perspectives of the 24 "AHA's" of "The One Minute Millionaire" by Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen. In this first part of 24, Pat and Bryan describe The Ninth AHA: "Wealth Is Freedom".

Enlightened Millionaires: AHA Number 9

Bryan: "Time is money" is quoted by many. Wealth provides a pre-payment of time. I believe most people who play the lottery and even people who are saving modest or large amounts of money are really missing out and not focusing on wealth's greatest gift. An overused marketing slogan for network marketing is "time freedom". People who work very, very hard doing work they hate or possibly work they like but for people they dislike are often focused on the paint of a job they dislike.

Furthermore, I believe people without personal wealth withhold their true self from the rest of the world for fear of loss of income or a job. Some may even confuse politeness with political correctness. Many offer filtered opinions to their bosses when asked. Some restrict their expression of their faith or even their lack thereof.

Wealth provides freedom far beyond the advertised time with loved ones. Wealth provides the freedom to express ourselves as we were intended. We are individually unique and should be loved for that. Wealth insures this.

Pat:

Starting a home based business is more than just the time freedom and money freedom. If you think that freedom come in six months you're better off buying a lottery ticket ever day. When you are not owned by your job, you are free to make a difference. You are free to make the difference that you have chosen to make.

Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter have left what their claim to fame was. Yet they are still out there doing for others. You watch, Oprah Winfrey is and will do the same. Why? Because wealth is a freedom more than just the money in the bank, the houses, and the lifestyle.

This is where you move beyond money freedom. This is time freedom. Your days are prepaid to do what you wish. Again, this is not the lottery. To have this freedom you make better choices, you ask better questions, you develop yourself, you become the better you that you see in your mind. Applaud yourself for taking the steps to this wealth. Appreciate the ones you are drawn to for your inspiration. For this is the path where wealth is a freedom.

Online Brainstorming - If any of you have read Jack Canfield's Success Principles or Robert Allen & Mark Victor Hansen, Enlightened Millionaires, you will understand how these great concepts come about. Go back to the original text on Masterminding which is Napolean Hill in Think & Grow Rich. While their are many Mastermind groups out there right now, they arent really true to the original philosophy. In its purest form a mastermind group, or inner circle is a group dedicated to one goal, one cause and they all utilize their personal connections and resources to accomplish it. I think if you really wanted to creat a 'next best thing' you need to find people to join your inner circle. STaff, friends, suppliers, mentors anyone that can dedicate some time to working on it, launching it and reaping the benefits. I think doing one online would be great..who else would be interested?

Re: 10 Proven Blog Marketing Tactics You Can Use Today - Hi Evan, Excellent points. Number 10 about making enemies is one I never thought of before. I imagine there are several ways a blogger can go about this: writing something very controversial, attacking another blogger (for whatever the reason), etc. Do you have any experience with this tactic?

Forum Referral Program - Hi Evan Have you ever thought about inserting a "Referred by" field into the forum sign up process? This field could help track the sign ups that have resulted directly from a forum member inviting someone to join. Under the user profiles you could also include a "Number of referrals" field that shows how many members a particular user has referred to the forum. You could then run a competition every month for the highest number of referrals but then again you would prefer quality not quantity. What do you think?
