Being Charismatic in Your Real Estate Marketing Endeavors

Want to go far in your newly established real estate business or add new life into your current one? Sure you do, otherwise you wouldn’t be here! Becoming the person that others want to know,to like and to trust is going to take some honest effort, but I assure it’ll be well worth it in the long run.

Let’s get back to the basics. That being the basics of networking are as old as the hills but, that’s because it works! Word of mouth is a very proactive form of marketing. It takes a daily commitment to grow and to build a lasting relationship that last. What it boils down to is--becoming more interested in others than you are of yourself. At least in the beginning.

Most people today are only interested in “what’s in it for me”. But, I assure you, give a genuine interest in a new relationship in what their interested in, then in time they’ll give you their undivided attention later on in what’s important to you.

Why is it that real estate investors need to be such fine network marketers? Well, that’s because real estate is a team sport! It’s not a one man show business. To be a great real estate investor one needs to build his own dream team. Your individual charisma will go a long way in that others want to like, to know, to trust and enjoy working with you!

Let me give you a perfect example. He’s not a well known real estate person but, he’s one of the world’s richest entrepreneur billionaires; that being Richard Branson. They say he doesn’t even know how to turn a computer on! But he’s 100% charismatic and well liked by all his employee’s and most anyone he deals with.

You say, “Why is that?” It’s because he makes sure all parties are going to come out as a win-win on business deals. Or if your thinking about in regards to employees, he seems to make an honest effort that everyone likes their job.

He insures they know their job is important and that they feel their job plays an important role in the company. Branson has well over 5,000 employees however, he personally writes everyone a hand written letter every month. Of course he most likely has an assistant writing full time to keep this feat up. But, it’s the idea behind it that’s important. I’m sure you’ve never worked anywhere, that the employer wrote you a hand written letter every month. Nor, anyone has wrote you every month much less the boss!

Where are the best places to start your networking efforts? Most likely your very own local Real Estate Investors Association, local home builders association and your local apartment owners association. One of my favorites is your local Toastmaster’s Association. In your real estate endeavors you never know when, at some point you may need to speak to a room full of private lenders to invest in your next real estate venture. How good of a charismatic person you are is going to determine your success!

Re: No money Down real estate Webinar Re: No money Down real estate Webinar - I wish I could attend. I want to learn more about Real Estate investing although I have to have other priorities at the moment. Can you keep me updated about the next one though?
illegal signs illegal signs - I've heard of this type of Marketing done a lot in the Real Estate Investment world. Typically the posters are put up on a Saturday evening in high traffic areas with the intention to get exposure from Saturday right through Monday morning when the city workers then take it down. I know there are fines involved but not sure how much. I also know typically the neighborhood gets into action and the RE investors typically get more calls from angry neighborhoods than actual leads to buy homes at a discount. It's a cost of doing business for them.

Re: Invest in Real Estate or Stocks? Re: Invest in Real Estate or Stocks? - You can consider investing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Buy and sell shares like stocks so they are easy to buy and sell, diversify and management is included.
