Web page owners try to always get their articles on the top pages of search engines like Google or Yahoo. This method of optimizing probability in search engines is called Article Spinning. By rewriting parts of articles already published and making them seem non duplicates, you enhance your rankings in search engine result lists. This can be done in various ways. Some do it manually by rewriting articles while others use softwares that generate the same results. Essentially, you have the same article but in different forms so that you can sell them for many purposes and different clients. Manual rewriting usually retains the general meaning and theme of the article while automatic rewriting retains the words or phrases in the article but has the tendency to give out a more diverse meaning which alters the theme of the original article. There are different reasons why web owners spin articles. Here listed below are the pros and cons on why this process has been gaining popular attention to more and more web users.

First, spinning helps you produce many articles out of only one article. This means your articles have greater chances of landing on a higher page when the topic is typed into a search engine. It is also less likely that you will get penalized for publishing the same article because there will be many versions of it so that they will all not look the same. In addition, the process increases your knowledge and vocabulary by enhancing and rewriting the same article in different ways.

However, there too are drawbacks with the spinning process. One is that it can seem senseless and time consuming. Writing the same thing only in different ways can be mechanical and annoying especially if you do it too many times. Another is that because you attempt to paraphrase too many times, your article will be more prone to grammatical errors. For those using spinning software, this is more likely than manual spinning because the meaning of the article can be compromised. The main thing you risk at spinning is the quality of the other articles as compared to the original. If the root article is not so well written, you are most likely to have a product of more poor quality articles from the spinning process.

Article Spinningmay optimize your rankings on search engine lists and pages however; it does not guarantee the caliber of your article. The question lies on whether you are willing to choose quantity over quality.

Re: Is Twitter really worth $1 Billion? - Worth $1 Billion? LMFAO! NOPE! NO WAY! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Twitter is basically worthless as far true value is concerned. It's a site where people either update what they are doing right now (which means nothing) or they spam their products and services to each other (which nobody ever buys). I honestly don't see its huge popularity lasting much longer because people are going to lose interest soon enough. Not to mention it is well-known that it doesn't make any money as it is. Same with all the others, they haven't figured out how to make any real money from them so I really don't see how the hell they can be worth so much (except maybe facebook)! If they have someone who wants to buy it for $1billion they better sell right now because they sure as hell won't ever make that much from it by keeping it themselves. Just my 2 cents on the topic.
