The truth is you cannot distinguish just by looking at the person's appearance if he or she is better than the rest. During ordinary occasions, you will almost never be able to tell if one person will be very successful or exceptional. This applies even to very well-dressed and wealthy persons. The real exceptional Joe will present himself during the hardest times.

When They Truly Come Out

The exceptional Joe will come out during the hardest and most challenging periods. You will find that these individuals will suddenly become the leader in almost any group, taking control of the situation and understanding the needs of the environment and other people around. You will see that the exceptional leader will not change his appearance in any way, but the manner and personality will become full of life and motivation. When others are about to give up, the exceptional Joe will look steadfast and continue working for success.

You will see that this individual's face will seem more determined and firm especially when the times are luring others to quit. Exceptional people do not show that they are tired, disgusted or down during failures. They instead show a more vibrant attitude and will appear ready for the battles ahead.

Status

The exceptional Joe may be single, married or divorce. He may have kids, live in a modest or huge home and drive any type of car. He can be born in any country, live in any city or have any type of job. Top people may be rich or poor. You will find that appearance is only secondary. Personality is the very thing that changes between people. You will never get to recognize a great man unless you get to know him better. He does not necessarily need to stick with famous individuals. He may be quiet and by himself most of the time.

Being Exceptional

Being exceptional does not mean that you have to stand out in a crowd. You will discover that majority of exceptional people easily blend in a group of people. The attitude, mindset and determination are the very things that make them great. Therefore, you should not underestimate anybody you meet on the street. There's a great chance for you in finding a good friend in a great leader, thereby also increasing your chances of becoming successful.
