How is an affiliate marketing business model -online website selling for Dummies? There is a growing number of people everyday joining the entrepreneurial spirit of taking things into their own hand and trying to start their own business rather than rely on a pay check from their boss or the government.

The recession has left hundreds of thousands of people worldwide jobless and plenty more from the security of a monthly pay check. That may have been the best thing that your boss could have done to you! How? by putting you in a state of emergency to act or die! Or in other words your un-comfort zone. So now it's time to act; but what do you do? You have never been in this situation before and you are a bit clueless.

You know you want to write your own pay check. You also know that you want to be your own boss. So how is an affiliate marketing business model for Dummies? It is because:

- You want a home based business model where you work from your own comfort of your home

- You hate selling, so you want a business model that does all the selling for you

- You want to reach the most unimaginable number of people everyday then if they were to walk through your brick and mortar shop front (which is the internet by the way ;)

- You don't want to spend years creating your own product when you are a dummy and don't have a clue

Therefore, if all these criteria's are met then I believe this is the perfect business for a dummy like you to start. It is very simple and easy comparing it to anything other business for short-term quick success; although noting it is not a get rich quick scheme that will give you overnight success. The amount you will need to learn is very much less than other businesses and you can start on a shoe string budget as there are so few overheads to think about as it's on the internet. No rent, no inventory, no paint decorations no staff and best of all no boss! Of course when learning anything there will be a learning curve but it can be fun and very rewarding.

Well, I have learned from realhomebasedsuccess dot com that there are home based business opportunities and ideas that could be our option such as: -Selling Goods or Providing Services Online -Making Money through Direct Marketing -Becoming an Affiliate Marketer -Getting Paid on a Click Thru but I was thinking which is the best one and most effective in terms of generating consistent Ongoing Profits. There are pros and cons to Affiliate Marketing, just as there are to any business. As has been suggested, he best policy is to proceed with caution and do some research before jumping in. As Carol has recommended, this topic thread in the EvanCarmichael.com forum is the ideal place to ask questions and seek further input on available Affiliate Marketing programs. If a person is serious about building an online business and is interested in Affiliate Marketing plans, they should approach the process as they would any other form of business. Research, ask questions, compare opportunities, participate in forums on online business and Affiliate Marketing. GT :-]

I think in Online Marketing company online presence can be a wining factor for the success of the company.
Re: Affiliate Marketing - Open for Discussion - Hi GT Affiliate Marketing is one of the easier ways to get started making money online, but it does take quite a bit of work before you see any great results as you have to keep promoting constantly. It does teach you one hell of a lot about all aspects of Internet Marketing though as you will need to learn how to write and submit articles, create and maintain a blog, social networking is a great help to affiliates too..the list goes on and on.
