3 Tip's To Get You On the First Page Of Google With Profit Keywords

It is a well known fact that in order to make a profit online that you need to be on Google’s first page with your keywords. 40% of all the money made in a niche is made by the number one position, and the bulk of the rest of the money made is shared unequally between the other positions on the page.

If you want your blog or website to rank on Google´s first page, it is important for you to read this article in its entirety and follow the instructions given, as there are no short cuts and no easy ways to do this, of course there are tools that can help you with these steps, some are free and some are paid for, but these steps can be taken manually as well.

1. Research: It is very important to research your niche, and be open minded about the niche that you intend to get into. Go to the free Google keyword research tool and type in a word or phrase that you think your potential customer would type in to find your product or niche. You could start by typing in a seed word, let’s say you are looking for guitar lessons, so that´s what you would type in, you will find that there are millions of results for that phrase, which is good, but there is also too much competition for that, and you would stand no chance of competing for it.

Take a look at the other results, of your search and look for some keywords or phrases that have a good number of searches, but not too much competition, make a list of these keywords and phrases and save them to use in further research. It is worth looking for long tail keywords, an example would be “learn to play guitar” this could have less competition.

Be careful not to make the mistake of looking for a keyword that has very few competitors as the chances are, the reason it has little competition is that there is no money in that word or phrase, and people are not spending in that niche, they are just looking for free information.

2. Check for viability: You need to know that people are spending in this niche. To do that, you can see what your competitors are spending on their adwords campaigns, to give you an idea of whether this niche is paying or not. If people are not paying to get these keywords it is because the keyword is not attracting paying customers, you can get the cost per click from the Google adwords tool.

Another way to test this niche is to type your keywords into Google and see what the results are and how much competition you have, and then put the keywords into quotation marks, this is called an exact match, so that you can see the exact amount of competition for that phrase.

Now look at the paid for ads, these are usually on the right hand side of the page, if there are say four to five paid for ads then you know that people are spending in this niche. If there are no paid for ads then you know that you are wasting your time on it.

3. Strength of competition: It is important to know that you can compete in this niche, so you need to check the strength of your competition. You need to know the age of your competitors, their page rank and also the number of back links that they have, and how important their back links are.

If all of your competitors have aged domains, and they have a page rank of 2 and above and a lot of back links then you know that you have little or no chance of competing for this keyword, if however some of them are not aged and have no page rank and only a few back links, then you have every chance of competing for this keyword or phrase.

When you are happy and you think that you can compete in this niche then you need to purchase a domain name, try to get one with your keyword or phrase in the URL or at least a variation of it, and then set your website up and use the keyword or phrase in the title of it.

Follow these three tip´s and you will profit with your keywords and get on the first page of Google, but don´t expect these things to happen overnight, as it does take time. Google will rank you first for the broad term of your keywords and after a little time it will rank you for the exact phrase.

I hope that you have enjoyed this article, and that you make good use of it, please feel free to comment on it, and share it with others they will thank you for it.

Page Rank Changes Page Rank Changes - Hi Kevin - there is a lot of speculation as to why so many websites lost Page Rank. A few new sites that I've been following also got Page Rank for the first time. Every time Google does a Page Rank update there are websites that get caught in the crossfire and have to work to get their rankings back up!
SEO Marketing tips for Promoting your Business on Bing SEO Marketing tips for Promoting your Business on Bing - Bing is gaining popularity and within a short period of time this search engine has surpassed Yahoo and almost giving tough competition to Google. There are more users logging into Bing every single day. Some of the cool things about Bing is that it is QUICK and has a better USER INTERFACE. However, there is a significant different in the way Google and Bing rank websites. If you are planning to optimize your website for Bing then you need to consider these following tips. 1. Domain Age – Bing gives preference to your domain’s age. Google on the other also gives preference to domains which are old. 2.On-Page Optimization/Off-Page Optimization – Google gives more preference to Off-Page optimization rather than on-page optimization. Bing on the other hand gives more preference to On-Page SEO optimization rather than Off-page optimization 3.Text Density – Bing gives preference to keyword density of your content. If you are targeting a particular keyword and your keyword density for that keyword is abysmally low then you wont be able to rank too high on Bing. 4.TITLE is more important – Although Google does gives preference to keywords in TITLE, Bing entirely focuses on TITLE of any given webpage to decide whether it should be ranking at page 1 or Page 8. Therefore make sure to add your important keywords in the TITLE. Also you should abstain from artificial keyword stuffing. Several keywords are semantically considered as same. Take for example, Search engine optimization company, and SEO marketing company are semantically connected with each other. If you are ranking high for one combination, you will also rank for other combination.

www.tobuso.com and www.paperrollshop.com www.tobuso.com and www.paperrollshop.com - Please take a look at these and tell me what I should do. I am too close to them to see it objectively at this point. The main on is the tobuso.com one. The other is just a paper roll side bar project. I have had a guy working on tobuso.com for about 2 weeks or so. I really dont understand why it doesnt have any Google Page Rank yet. I am starting to move up in the rankings for my targeted keyword but I am lacking in the google Page Rank and cannot figure out why. I guess it may just take more time. See if that is what it looks like to you.
