The Best Entrepreneurs

During the start of any business, it always turns out that people are just playing out some ideas to make for a good venture. It has never been the other way around and there has never been an idea that is so big it does not require people to accomplish. Most of the investors in the industry know this which is why they root out for the best entrepreneurs and not the ideas they make. Whether you like it or not, everyone will view entrepreneurs as being the role models of the new business made.

Yet no entrepreneur is super human. They too have their own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to the industry. But there are certain characteristics that one can acquire in order to have a successful career. These are some of the most commonly mentioned traits of the best entrepreneurs:

1. Confidence and Leadership. To be a good role model in a business, you need to be always positive, calm and confident in yourself as an entrepreneur. You do not want to become someone that can be easily brought down by anyone else’s problems or issues. Everyone in a business likes a person that is always happy by what they have achieved so far, yet continues to strive for excellence in the things they do.

2. Encourage Uniqueness. Whichever path you choose in your career or personal life, stay proud of the person you have become and to what you have achieved even if this means accepting criticism. People in a business want role models that are not pretentious and do not fake their personality just to suit other people.

3. Good Communicator. A good communication happens when someone who talks well also listens well. Those people that are in the rank and file section of a business feel energized when they have leaders that know how to explain their situation to them. You can become a great role model too if you can be approached by your colleagues easily.

4. Respect One Another. In your personal life or career, you may be a man with motivation, success and intellect yet whether you choose to give respect or not, other people will see you differently. People can easily notice if you are just taking them for granted and not showing gratitude or just stepping on top of them just to get ahead of others.

The best entrepreneurs in a business are the ones who possess the traits that everyone wants to have when working with them. These people influence others to become better in their career and help others become capable individuals that can someday hold a leadership position in a business. Only a few people recognize what a true role model is which proves that it takes one to notice one. So if you are already asking questions about this, then you might be on your way to becoming one. Continue to build your reputation and earn the trust of your boss now.

CEOs and Email - Slaves? CEOs and Email - Slaves? - I wonder if the emails they are responding to are filtered thru their assistants first 'cos they seem to spend a lot of their off hours responding to them. True they are successful but I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay that price. I'd be interested to know what's the in the typical day planner of Entrepreneurs on the Forum. Entrepreneurs are a different breed than Paid Employees- so it would be interesting to view the contrast.

It just makes me even more thankful to be part of this forum! After helping create a new charity for animals in my local community last year, I created a vision for a charity empowering Women Entrepreneurs. It won't happen for a while yet, but I know it is something I will do within the next few years. As we allow ourselves to think bigger, the opportunity to impact people becomes much bigger as well. Does anyone else have a desire to really make a difference in the world through this means?
