Are your sponsoring skills good enough to get you where you want to be? In this short article I will tell you how I eluded some barriers I ecountered in my MLM campain.

I was struggling for months and months until I found this awesome tip that opened my eyes. It was always there, but I couldn't see it. For a long time I was asking myself these questions: Will I ever be able to sponsor someone outside of my family tree, or a close friend? Why couldn't I convince anyone? Why can't I sell anything to anyone? There are a ton of people sponsoring their prospects everyday and it looks so easy for them. I was frustrated every time a prospect turned his back to me. I was losing my ticket to freedom every time, or at least it felt that way.

It took me a year of MLM, without getting the results I was looking for, to come across this eye-opening tip. It was so simple that I almost laughed at it. The answer was not in my prospects but in me. I had to have a deeper look into my strategy.

The tip is that you don't have to "sell" anything to them. You have to utilize psychology. It is so much easier when your prospect is convinced that you have what they need. They have to come to you to ask for YOUR solution to the problem THEY have. You have to get invited into their inner circle as a guest. By doing this you will automatically break down most of the barriers they put between themselves and a "seller''; you instantly transform from a "seller" to a "savior".

So as you are introducing your prospects to yourself and your product/service, simply show them you are what they have been looking for all along.

I hope this tip helps you as much as it did for me. Stop struggling with your prospects and start sponsoring now with this simple psychological tip. Get invited as the guest and you will have automatically finished half of the work!!!

no-cost Admin help - I agree with Wendy. what is the least amount you can start with to hand off to some one else for 1 hour per week. It can be on a pay or unpaid model. Let's say that you want to give away all your routine email correspondence away to someone else. How do you get this done for no out of pocket expense? Well, first ask yourself - what kind of person would take on such a task? What does this task offer in skill development that will be of value to someone? let's call this person who is going to help you an - Intern. The Intern would most probably want to build on the following skills: - Practice written communication - Improve on Email skills - Internet Research skills to answer some email correspondence There are resources out there such as Craigslist and Oodle.com where you can post such a job and you'd be surprised with the responses you will get to help you on such a project. Some of the responses you may get may come from International Students wanting to improve on their written English skills, 60+ individuals wanting to learn more about the Internet and bored stay at home parents...

I agree with Robert and GT that at any point in time we possess at least one of those skills, with the ability to call upon any of the other skills when needed. Of course, everyone is born with specific skills and traits, and some skills and traits need to be learned and put into practice first.
