Be clear on what you want. If you don't know where you are going you are sure to get there. Dream again! Don't be afraid of what you want. If you know what you want, then you can better be able to establish goals, identify your why, and your mission.

Leaders have these qualities, excellence, commitment and loyalty to their business. Be specific about your goals. "You cannot reach a destination if you don't have one. To do something just for the sake of doing it, you might as well have a job." Jay Kubassek

Must have discipline and you will reach your goals faster. How you manage your day is how successful you will become. The way you manage yourself in your day is how you can tackle being overwhelmed and have more productivity.

Think about when you were young. Anything was possible and you had no fear. When you fell trying to walk, you kept getting back up. When you grew up you stopped dreaming! Keep dreaming! Think like a kid where anything can happen!

When the dreaming stops then you get stuck. What do you do when you lost the belief in yourself? You get rid of the negative people in your life. You change your environment to a positive, productive one.

Self-confidence is a result of the discipline when you do the work. Keep working at it and being positive and the self-confidence will come. You have to take care of yourself before you can help others.

Make schedules and stick to it so you know what you are doing daily. Do you have the discipline to do what you have to do? Do for yourself first before you can help others. Be focused and committed. Don't settle for less! Follow the leaders who do just that.

BNI Groups - do they work? - Hi Lesley, From the members in my Mastermind Group I've heard a number of positive and negative things about BNI Groups. Just like a Mastermind Group, it all depends on who the people are. If the personalities fit and the members can add value to your business it can be worth checking out. The best bet is to go to a meeting as a guest to get a sense of who is in the group and if it is for you. It doesn't cost you anything except a little extra sleep the morning of. Good luck!
Re: 3 Signs That I Need To Get Serious About IM... - Hi David and GT, I can totally sympathise with your dilemma. For those Internet Marketers who work from home full time, you have my admiration, for those of us still trying to get there we are stuck between two stools. I have my regular job in training which keeps the wolf from the door but because I have to do a fair amount of travelling I sometimes arrive home late. I spend most of my days talking and organising classes and administration so I find that I am mentally not physically tired and it is sometimes difficult to focus. My plan is to redress the balance so that eventually I can reduce my regular work to part time in order to put in the extra time that IM demands. Until that time comes I will always be chasing the clock and always feel guilty if I haven’t spent enough time on the Internet when I get home. regards, Mal.
