If you want to be a leader, there are five things you must do on a daily basis to stay on top of your business. The first thing you must do is to daily visualize and meditate on your goals. What is your vision? Be specific on what those goals are. If you have reached those goals, then what does the money get you? Dream a little here in this first step. Be a kid again! Second, you must do Income Producing Activities when you are a leader. “It is ridiculous to lean on a shovel and pray for a hole.” Basically, you must place those ads. Nobody will know you are out there if you don’t. Third, leaders do Personal Development. They read and educate themselves after other leaders. A good book to read is The Travelers’ Gift by Andy Andrews. “We can have more than we’ve got, because we can become more than we are.” –Jim Rohn. Fourth, leaders Mastermind with other leaders. In addition to reading and following the example of other leaders, they surround themselves with other leaders. They attend Mastermind Events and business calls. They get in front of success! Leaders pattern themselves after people who have already accomplished incredible things. And the fifth thing leaders do daily is Cultivate the Expectation of Leadership. They choose to be the leader and play from the top! Do what other leaders do then you cant help but have what leaders have! Fight from victory instead of trying to fight for victory. Discipline leads to wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and a way of life. When you do the five things leaders do daily, you add the quality of leadership to your life. Isabella Fiorentino
