For those of you who are new to the affiliate world, welcome! For those who are just new to ClickBank, also welcome! ClickBank is one of the top affiliate programs on the internet today, and for good reason. This article is a beginner’s guide to the ClickBank affiliate program.

If you are new to affiliate marketing you may not fully understand how it works. To become an affiliate marketer you must apply with a company to become an affiliate for them. Once you become an affiliate you can begin to market their products and services in order to sell them. When you sell their products you earn a commission on the sale. It is that easy!

So, what makes ClickBank so good? Unlike most affiliate programs, ClickBank is completely a digital marketplace. All of their products are digital and they have the largest digital marketplace on the internet. There is no need to ship products because the people simply download them onto their computer!

Now, there are two people who join the ClickBank program, publishers and affiliates. A publisher is someone who uploads their product into the ClickBank Marketplace. The publishers are selling their products in the marketplace and are the ones who pay commissions.

If you are a new publisher looking to get affiliates involved with you it is best to offer a high commission. Anywhere from 50-75% commission on sales with get affiliates to begin promoting your products and earning you sales. This is a high percentage, but you will begin getting large sales that it will even out and you will make more money than you previously thought.

The other person is the affiliate. This is the person who is going to be promoting and selling a publishers product. To be successful as an affiliate it is best to choose products that are related to your niche. For every product you sell you will be paid a commission by the publisher.

Now, it is important that you are aware of how difficult it is to sell products to someone who visits your site just once. The best way to sell products is to build up a subscriber list and develop relationship with visitors. This will build their trust in you and then they will feel comfortable buying products from you.

Becoming an affiliate or publisher is a great way to begin earning money on the internet. Affiliate marketing programs are no doubt the best way to earn money on the internet, if you do it properly.
