For this reason, here are some simple article marketing tips to make the most of your campaign. Every article must begin with the proper amount of research. The only way people are going to take you seriously is if you give them quality content. For this reason, everything that is written must be fresh and enticing. Take the time to research so that you deliver information and tips people have never heard before.

As you begin to write the article, focus first on the title as this is the first thing people will see. Be sure to create a compelling title that will reel people in while keeping it as simple as possible. Get to the point as no one wants to read a novel for a title. Most importantly, include a specific keyword you would like to target within the title.

This leads to the next step on the article marketing tips, which is keyword optimization. When writing each article, it is crucial you target a specific keyword or two throughout. This will help you climb up in the search engines as you begin to submit the articles, thus leading to an increased number in visitors.

When using the keyword throughout the article, be sure to properly disperse it from top to bottom. Far too many people get in the habit of using the keyword in every other sentence, which then becomes spam. You are best off using it in the title, first and last paragraphs and a few times throughout. This way search engine bots can recognize it without spamming the article.

Perhaps the most important of all article marketing tips is consistency. Do not think you can get away with writing a single article and submitting it to a few directories once a week. If you really want to see results, you need to be writing at least 10 to 20 articles a week and submitting them to as many directories as possible.

There is article submission software online that can be purchased for under $100 and it can save you a great deal of time and energy when it comes to submitting articles. There are different kinds of software, but typically it can help you submit to thousands of directories in a matter of minutes.

The following are some good strategies that are proven to work to help ou gain traffic to your website A) Forum Marketing b) Article Marketing - (Where you distribute your content is the key to success with Article marketing) c) Video Marketing d) Blogging e) Social Media ( sharing content amoungst a targeted network of friends or creating Fan Pages and updating) f) Ezine advertising ( send solo mailings to email lists of people within your niche) Go to google and type in your niche name followed by ezine or newsletter g) Pay per Click H) Joint ventures and ad swaps ( generally will need a list of email subscribers of your own) I) Classified adverts online J) Banner and Image ads - go to google and type in google image ads - full tutorial their I would reccomend you pick one strategy and learn it until you can generate some great traffic and then you should look to move on and implement other strategies.
Do what i did - I had the same dilemma. My solution? I started my own marketing firm! No, in all reality, even if you have a degree in Marketing, you will have to take crappy entry-level jobs to get your foot in the door. Make the most of them by taking on extra tasks that will give you skills that will improve your resume. It's a slow process, but if you can get just one job in Marketing, you're on your way!
