The first strategy is figuring out how you will consistently produce a vast amount of articles week after week. If you have the time and skills to sit down and create 10 to 20 articles a week on your own, more power to you. If not, outsourcing may be necessary to get the kind of results you are looking for.

Some people just do not have the experience to create a fresh and alluring piece of copy that will keep readers reading. If that is you, finding a professional writing company or freelance writer can help you achieve this.

Now that you have a source for quality content, the next article marketing strategy is submitting the articles to gain exposure. This can be done one of two ways; you can submit an article one at a time to directories or you can purchase submission software. The initial cost for the software may be pricey with some running over $100, but the time saved will make it all worthwhile. Software like this can potentially submit an article to thousands of directories in a matter of minutes.

The final strategy is to gain as much exposure and backlinks with the articles as possible. The more places people can find a link or the article itself the better chance you have of them finding their way to your site from the resource box. Therefore, submit to directories often, leave links in forums and blogs, and take advantage of keyword optimization to climb up in the search engines for particular keywords within the article.

Article marketing is actually quite easy if you understand keyword optimization and are capable of producing enticing content. The hardest part is getting the exposure and spending the time spreading the articles all over the internet. But if you are willing to pay a pro or invest the time yourself, the results will be grand. And that is the primary article marketing strategy to keep in mind.
