Women Entrepreneur Academy, Independence 101

As women we collectively have been exposed to boundaries imposed upon us by social rule that impacted our lives in one way or another. Some, making the ultimate sacrifice loosing their lives in their battle to ensure even the basic human rights for themselves and their families.

Entrepreneurial women, especially in this new economy, are no longer settling for the same old same old, status quo, limiting thoughts and beliefs that have been projected upon them throughout history. They uphold higher standards for themselves respecting who they are as individuals. Women entrepreneurs are committed to living their lives free from control of outer circumstances. They create their own.

Entrepreneurial women who are creating success in their lives are confident in their abilities. If they know they are treading in unfamiliar areas, they will seek and find the resources they need to discover the solution. Problems are temporary setbacks used as stepping stones along their journey leading to a life of freedom.

Women entrepreneurs are not afraid of failure. If they have yet to arrive on their journey, they will continue to preserver relentlessly until they reach their goals.

Whether it took years of exposure to a life of dependency or a recent epiphany discovering their inner strength, no longer allowing someone or something to have control over their lives, entrepreneurial women are committed with all their heart and souls to create a life free from the confines.

Successful women entrepreneurs co-create an extraordinary life for themselves. This is not because they are selfish or self serving, quite the contrary. Instead, it is their intention to create a better world by sharing their gifts, helping others to improve their quality of life as well. They serve and give in a bigger way without sacrificing their overall well being and happiness, honoring the Divine within.

Self Assessment

Recognize the areas in your life in need of improvement. This is not an area that someone else determines. You must identify this on your own. Reflect on the outcomes that your actions have produced in the past and what you would like to be different in the future.

Women entrepreneurs know where they want to go in their lives. They reflect on all areas both personally and professionally when they are not satisfied, and how they can be improved upon.

Entrepreneurial women know that in order be independent, free from other’s control or outer circumstances, they must learn how to continuously build upon the skills necessary to empower themselves in positive ways. They recognize what doesn’t work and take action to produce different results.

They have a strong sense of self and know the areas of their lives they relinquish their power to and why. Women entrepreneurs take ownership of their actions and choices they make, never blaming others. They assess, find a better way, and take action to make it better.

Step Out of Your Comfort Zone

We can not expect different results in our lives if we are not willing to do different things.Women Entrepreneurs know that in order to be independent and self sufficient, they must be willing to step out of their comfort zone.

In order to create independence in our lives we may need to learn new skills, build new relationships; create new circumstances, all of which may appear to be daunting tasks, perhaps even impossible.

Entrepreneurial women establishing their independence know they must take action to achieve different results in their lives. They learn to overcome their fears and the obstacles in their way.

They are aware when treading in unfamiliar waters, however women entrepreneurs are motivated by their innate knowledge of their greater purpose or why. No matter how uncomfortable they are stepping out of their comfort zone at first, they know that staying stuck, or allowing someone or something to control their lives, is not an option.

Take Action

Having all of the knowledge in the world providing you everything you’ll require to be independent in your life will not do you any good if you do not take action.

Women entrepreneurs take action towards achieving their goals. They choose to make a commitment to themselves in order to be, do or have anything their heart desires with deliberate intention to create a better world.

They continuously move in a positive direction to accomplish daily goals towards their master plan in life. Entrepreneurial women act upon their inner guidance, co-creating with the universal life source, the greatest contribution of service to our global community. There is communion in this relationship that is expressed with heartfelt love and gratitude. Women entrepreneurs welcome this relationship into their lives and willingly take action to share it with others in infinite creative ways.
