Are you looking for a full system, home business kit which offers all of the training required to really succeed. This article points out some of the major things to look for when choosing your full system, home business kit If like me, you have decided that you have had enough of working for a boss and being told when to turn up at work, when to have a cup of tea, when to eat your lunch and when you can go on holiday, you may also be wondering what you can do about it. Looking around all you can see is other people being told all of those same things. If you sit in your cafeteria at work and have a look around you, some of you may even be reading this, while sitting in your cafeteria at work.

Have a look around you, what do you see?

Do you see people who look like they have fulfilled their dreams? Do you see people who seem so happy with the way their lives have turned out ?Or do you see people sat at tables, yes they may be smiling while talking to friends but how many times do you hear "eeerrrgh we only have 10 minuets left of lunch before we have to go back to work" or "i can't wait until the end of the day" it's interesting to think about what happens at the end of the day to make people look forward to it so much, think about it, what do you think it is? I'll tell you, it's the feeling of freedom. The feeling that they can do what ever they want to do for the last 4 or 5 hours of their day before going to sleep. They know it is only a few hours of freedom, but it is enough to get them through the day, only to go to bed and then get up and do it all again.

For me, the feeling of suffocation I got from being confined to an office for 9 hours a day made me feel sick, so making the decision to learn to work for myself, to be my own boss and to find a full system home business kit to help me take control of my life was an easy one. The part that wasn't so easy was where to find a full system home business kit!

I researched so many companies that offered me ‘full training' or ‘everything you need to succeed' but then i realised that most of the people who are telling me this haven't actually succeeded through doing any of the things they teach!!! Where is the logic in that?

So the question arises, where do you find a full system home business kit that really will teach you all you need to succeed?

Firstly do your research. Research the leaders of the company, find out about the people who have been there and done it. What are they offering? What can they show you to back up their theories? Research their theories in depth.

Find out all you can about the company, listen to all of the testimonials. If you are not willing to put in the work to research the companies this will have a massive impact on your ability to become successful. Research is just the beginning of a long journey of hard work. Any company that makes it sound like becoming a successful business owner is easy is probably going to take your money and run.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!!!

Becoming and entrepreneur is very hard, you will need to be disciplined, determined and not stop until you reach your goals. Any company that tells you anything different should be avoided or seriously questioned.

When researching I was shocked at the amount of companies that are happy for you to sign up to their services and pay a small amount of money, with no application process, no screening and no interview process. This made me think if it is this easy to sign up for me, it must be this easy for everyone so where is the protection of their knowledge? Where is the value in what they are offering if you can pay a couple of hundred pounds and they will let anyone sign up? This really worried me, yeah the fact there was only a small sign up fee was attractive but i wanted to make millions, how can you expect to make millions with the knowledge that it only cost a couple of hundred pounds and that anyone with the sign up fee could get their hands on?

My process of thought was, if this works, why are there not more millionaires around? why are they willing to almost give this information away? I decided that i would look at selecting my full system home business kit in the same way i would look at starting my own conventional business.

My expectations were, that if a business is going to teach me how to make a serious amount of money, then i am going to have to at least expect to pay something for it. I decided that instead of looking for companies with low start up costs where the sales reps are falling over themselves to get you signed up, i would start to look at companies which had a screening process and did not advertise the fact that they were low cost to set up.

Looking into different businesses this way relieved the pressure of trying to choose a company I could afford and made me concentrate on the company itself and what I wanted to get out of it. I researched the top producers, researched the company to see if it had any reports of scams or any bad press. I watched hours of video and read many articles and blogs until eventually I found a company which not only offers the training you need to succeed but also allows you to market any product line (provided it is legal).

Any product line can be your own product line, which can be anything, even if you are already set up with another MLM company. If you have a conventional brick and mortar business you can market your own products and services. You can do all of this using using the techniques they teach or, if you don't have your own conventional business or Multilevel marketing company you can advertised a specifically chosen product line designed to help you become a leader and become financially free.

But that's not the best bit,

what really impressed me was the fact that i could sign up to different access levels based on my revenue commitment. At last i found a company which did not mislead me by saying you can sign up with £200 and make the same amount as someone who has signed up with £1000, because i knew this could not be true.

It was set out to me in the beginning that the level i chose would directly relate to the amount of money i wanted to make, i was not pressured or pushed and it was made very clear that this was not a get rich quick scheme. I would have to work hard to reach my goals but would have access to the tools required to progress through the training and really learn how to be a leader and an entrepreneur.

After a few weeks of research and lots of questions i signed up and have never looked back.

The key points are, do your research. On the company, the people in charge and the training. Think about your end goal and look at it from a realistic point of view. If it looks too good to be true it probably is.

Does the company offer a full package and is the training the most up to date training available or are you being offered the same tired old techniques which no one wants to learn and that don't offer any results.

For example, the Home & Garden Industry is extremely behind the time in regards to their websites. I attended an Home & Garden Expo in Denver and collected all the companies contact information. I plan on cold calling & mailing information to each business. It also gave me time to research the industry more, talk directly to the owners in many cases, and learn more about what they need.
