Do you have problems recuiting people into your business? Are you looking for quality people who want to do what you do? The ones who want to learn the skills that it takes to build a business.

If you area network marketer you need to get exposure to what you are doing. There are many online methods to recruit your opportunity, but if you are not using offline as well you are missing out on a lot of business. You have to start talking to people about your opportunity.

The number one activity "prospecting" and your willingness to talk to people about what you have. Learn the skills to recruit quality people, those who are looking for an opportunity, who are capable of working from home. People who have the capacity to do what you do. Here is one thing I have learned if you do nothing else you want to recruit professionals.

Professional people are usually not skeptical about listening to other ways of earning money. They are already in the prospecting business and know how to talk to people. They sell for a living, start looking for someone who gets paid for the work they do, on commissions. There are many categories to choose from. It is important to understand why you should do this because you want people who can do what you do.

Sponsoring someone with a bad attitude is not very enjoyable to work with. But having someone who is already in business, has the right attitude to get things done is a much better choice. You wont have the resistance you would have if you are targeting professionals. These are far the best people to contact for your business.

Whenever you are out and about, running errands or whatever it might be for, pay attention to the different houses for sale and give those realtors a call. Ask them if they are interested in making money other than what they are currently doing? If they say no, No big deal, but if they say yes, the door is open for you to expose them to your opportunity. Send them to your website.

Another good way to prospect is to always collect business cards. They are there for a reason, they are business people, call them, ask them the same thing. Are you open minded to making money other than what you are currently doing? Maybe not, but once again the doors may have opened for you.

Any billboards or any advertising signs that you may see, these are all people who are professionals. Take out your pen and write down the contact information and call, get the script down, get used to it, learn it and use it.

When you are out shopping at the mall or anywhere you go, you see tons of people. Start a conversation, ask them what they do, just get to talking the more you do it the better you will become.

Prospecting is fun when you have people who are qualified to work with you. Now go out and find someone to talk to! You will be talking to people who are willing and able to do what you are doing.

I haven't had a chance to read all the replies and i have to jet from the office... I suggest marketing where ever your Target Market congregates. If it's a forum of concerned parents - go there. Strike up a deal with the forum owner (JV) and have him promote it to the list of members (Integration Marketing). If you want to go with Forums then i would partner with a parent who is a frequent poster/moderator on a particular Target Market Forum and have him/her add your link to their signature. That was just a thought but it's not as intense once you get buy in from the Forum owner or high ranked poster/moderator. Hope that sparks some new ideas.

I can’t justify the subscription to all of them but I will sign up to B2B and if any members subscribe to any of the others then perhaps you could give us some feedback, regards, Mal.

Do you dropship or stock the products yourself? 3. How do you encourage repeat sales by your current customers? We don't get too many people in the Internet Business share these experiences. Your timing with the niche seems appropriate with war on everyones mind in the States. Do you find that during the last few years you've been getting more hits?
Starting a New Business Starting a New Business - Congratulations on the first step of deciding to create your own business. First, you have to ascertain if you are going to be selling your products or services to people or to businesses. People purchase products and services for three basic reasons: •To satisfy basic needs •To solve problems •To make themselves feel good. You have to determine which of these three categories your product or service is the solution to. Businesses, unlike individuals, buy products and services for three reasons as well: •To increase revenues •To maintain the status quo •To decrease expenses. Knowing the reasons why people/businesses buy, you should have a picture emerging of who you think your "Target Market" (or ideal customer) is. Once you have zeroed in on your solution, you are ready to create your Marketing Strategy. If you look at any company that has grown rapidly over the past few years, (i.e. WestJet and Starbucks), it should demonstrate to you the importance of Marketing. In simple terms these companies have: •Clearly defined what makes them different; •Who their ideal customer is; •How to reach them; •Why customers should buy from them; •And most importantly why customers should come back again. It is strong Marketing Awareness that singles out the best companies. I can not stress enough how important it is to create a "living" Marketing Plan before you even start.
