• Are you connecting? Plain and simply by friending them!
• Are you having conversations with them? Making comments on their posts, Giving them encouragement.
• Are you contributing? Showing people value by making video's, e-books, blogs, audio posts, ect.
• Are you building relationships? Start building relationships day by day, word by word.
• Are you personally connecting with them? Do you actually pick up the phone and talk to them or meet them in person.

These are important factors to consider when you are using social networking sites, and if not done right it can be a waste of your time. Your posts and updates are intended to give free value and helpful information. Here are some major things not to do when using these sites.

• Never advertise your product or service on your friends wall.
• Connect with somebody and immediately go into a recruiting mode with them.
• Way to much exposure, making to many post in the same day.
• Not joining in the conversation-The more powerful the conversation the more magnetic you will be.
• Making the conversation all about yourself. It is not all about you, bring value and solutions to the table.
• Not joining in the groups and giving true value, something that answers something, that means something to somebody.
• Limiting yourself to just one site, find sites that are with in your niche and join them..

When you are working networking sites']);"> social networking sites always make it about the other person. Go and read their profiles and posts that they are making for clues about what you can talk about, then start giving valuable information to help solve the problems.

Have you ever thought about doing a social press release, these are different because you can add links, video, audio and other functions that standard press releases don't. They are Google friendly and viral monsters. Start setting these up weekly or better yet how about 2 or more a week. If you are not sending out social press releases you are missing out on a lot of exposure.

You can go to Google and find yourself a free template to use to get yourself started. You will also be able to find free press release services while doing your Google search.

If your press release is on Google and someone does a search on you, now you have a powerful way to get exposed. What if someone went to Google and found you first on the Google page. WOW! Now you are important and your chances of recruiting others has just skyrocketed.

You want people to find you. Keep yourself in the search engines. Give away something for free, this will get clicked on a whole lot more and people will find you.

To summarize, start looking for networking sites']);"> social networking sites and set up your profile, start friending others and join groups. Give lots of great value, keep it real, keep yourself visible, but do not over due it. Set up a social press release and let everyone know about it. This should help you start sponsoring people into your business in no time at all.
