Your Head Lines-> Are They Working?

Everyday you check your e-mail they are full of all sorts of offers. What is the main reason that you click to open them? The ones that get your attention, the headlines, RIGHT?

Keep this in mind when you are writing your headlines for your ads or articles. Mix and match and create one that you like. Take your time and really work on these, it could take a few hours to get this done, but it will be well worth your time. Just have some fun with it and experiment. Here are a few more ideas for you to use.

Writing a powerful- attention grabbing headline is what is going to get your message across. You are going to do or die because of this one thing. THE HEADLINE! This is the most important part of your marketing. This will be the first thing your prospects see, therefore it will be the deciding factor if they read or not. This is the doorway or invitation to those interested in your content. Hook their attention immediately.

Try to keep your title to 4 or 6 words. Use action verbs that appeal to their emotions. You can either type this in all caps or just the first letter of each word, which ever way you feel is better. There is no right or wrong way here. Use powerful words that attract attention at the beginning and the end of your title.

Never put the name of your company or the name of the recipient in the title. Your prospect doesn't care about you or your product. They are only concerned about themselves and what they want or need. Your name should go at the bottom in the resource box.

What will your product do for them, that's what they want to know. Don't wait until the end to let them know tell them right away, in the headline. Be specific about what it is that you have. Make it short and sweet get right to the point.

There are different types of headlines that you can use, the question headline, the reason why headline, the how to headline, the testimony headline or how about a benefit driven headline.

Knowing the general age of your audience will help you decide what direction to take with your headline. Are you targeting a young crowd or an older crowd. You must know who you will be targeting.

You never want to copy someone else's work, but it is a great way to get some ideas. This is an easy and effective way to get started.

Of course in order for your headline to be effective you will want to have really good content inside. If you do create great content then using a headline to your advantage to get as many eyes as possible is going to be the best thing for anything you are promoting.

This one little thing can have a huge impact on who sees your content, how they perceive it, and to incline them to share it with others. So, making the greatest headline possible for every piece of content you create is important.

Business Failures That Boggle The Mind Business Failures That Boggle The Mind - Did anyone read, a few days ago, about the "popular New York eatery" Serendipity 3, that had to close its doors because it had failed its [i:ur1qdtij]second [/i:ur1qdtij]health inspection in one month. This eatery sells.... or should I say sold... $1,000 hot fudge sundaes and $25,000 sundaes... obviously not on a general basis but there had to have been some clients who paid for them... Lines apparently ran around the block every day... And they weren't making enough money to ensure that their kitchen was kept clean of cockroaches and mice? And after they failed their [i:ur1qdtij]first [/i:ur1qdtij]inspection, they weren't able to pull their socks up in order to pass the second inspection? Talk about incompetence...
Mutual Agreement Mutual Agreement - Hi Kevin, I am so glad for you that your friendship is still intact. Is it true, that it was a giving and taking, as well as forgiving one another. We don't hear much about the subject: Forgiveness. Everybody wants to be in the 'right'. Head banging against each other. In the process people get hurt and relationship turn into enemity. What was the process you went through to salvage your relationship of so long. I understand, that you may not be able to share it publicly. That is ok.
