This article, like my others, has numerous illustrations and some special fonts -- thus, it is not one to download as a document. I will send to you the pdf file of this, which would work much better...

I can delete the last page of that, which includes Russ Linden's authorship information. He wrote an initial version of this (dull and boring) and I expanded it manyfold to make it much more readable. I retain his first author position on it for courtesy reasons.

Got a few more of these in development.
