Executive Search Firm Posts Record First Half 2008 Revenue

Human Capital Solutions, Inc. (HCS) www.humancs.com of Wilmington, North Carolina is pleased to announce that it exceeded its year over year revenue for the previous period January – June 2007 by 76.9%. “This is coming off our best revenue year of 2007, which we were up 45% over 2006,” states Bo Burch, Chief Principal of HCS.

“Due to an increase in demand for human capital in Energy, Utilities, Mining, Exploration, Special Chemicals and Plastics, Capital Equipment, Technology and several commodity driven companies, as well as a robust US export market due to a weaker dollar, finding executive talent for leading US and Multi-National companies has never been more exhilarating,” adds Burch, Company founder. “It’s very rewarding to see such strong year over year performance in challenging economic times. “ We remain cautiously optimistic for the next two quarters as exports may cool as Europe and Asia are now showing some signs of economic weakness,” Burch states. “We would like to thank our clients, our partners, our vendors and especially our associates for a pinnacle, breakout performance,” concludes Burch.
HCS was founded by Burch in early 2003 and is the premier leader in Executive Search and Business Consulting to small and large business enterprises around the globe. HCS’ focus and expertise are in the following markets: Capital Equipment and Technology, Construction and Building Materials, Energy and Utilities, Health care, Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device, Specialty Chemicals and Plastics.
