Okay, so it was a catchy title—there is really no gender difference when it comes to business acumen. But wait, what exactly do we mean by business acumen, and how do we know it when we see it? When trying to determine if an individual (male or female) possesses business acumen here are four key questions to ask:

If you find any “business acumen” or “business acuwomen” with theses capabilities, then demonstrate your own business acumen and hire them on the spot!
