Mr. Walters has held progressive management and executive positions in Human Resources and Safety for the past 15 years. He has played leading roles in the development and implementation of strategic Human Resource initiatives, which have aligned with core businesses for BroadGrain Commodities Inc., Trane, Hussmann, Thermo King Canada and Ameresco Canada Inc. These programs include compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employer branding, succession planning, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, real estate, mergers & acquisitions and corporate events.
 
Mr. Walters holds a diploma in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resources from Humber College. He holds his Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Human Resources Compensation Committee Certification (H.R.C.C.C.) designations and is currently pursuing his Senior Human Resources Professional designation.
 
Mr. Walters currently sits on the HVAC Advisory Board for Humber College, the Board of Directors for PEAC School for Elite Athletes and the Board of Directors for Peel Assessment Career Services.
