Charles is a published author, has been the subject of numerous TV, radio and newspaper interviews and frequently gives seminars and speeches in his field. He is on the boards of directors of 4 organizations (Urban Gateways, Time Dollar Tutoring, YMCA Alliance and Youth Communication). He serves as Vice President and Treasurer for 2 of them. Charles is also on the Advisory Board of the Law & Policy Institutions Guide.
