Business Insurance Coverage

Business insurance is a rather broad subject, and what is covered under that insurance can be even more confusing. Here are a few types of business insurance and what is covered under each. Property insurance covers loss or damage to items under your control. For most small businesses, there is a broad form of property insurance policy in a policy known as the business owners policy. In most cases this will be the best coverage for the premium dollar.

Casualty insurance is usually lumped with property insurance, but where property insurance insures the location, casualty insurance covers the business itself. Political risk and/or government liability is also covered under this kind of insurance and is useful for business that are overseas and could be affected by shifting political climates.

Liability insurance will cover a business in the event that it is sued or held legally liable. More important than what is covered under this kind of insurance is what is not covered. Injury to a worker, automobile damage or loss, and damage to business property will not be covered under liability insurance.

Business interruption insurance covers business income that would have been made had the business been usable. Business income is calculated by historical financial records, something to keep in mind. The cost of having to move and work from a temporary location is also covered under this kind of insurance.

Life and disability insurance takes care of a business in the event that the business owner or a key employee should pass away or become physically unable to perform their job.

Points which are considered in a bank? Points which are considered in a bank? - I have tried to value banks several times and found it very hard to proceed with it. I know a bit. But it seems to be too less to proceed. Can we take this up?? Here is what I know 1. Price to book is a more imp. 2. Net interest income and non-interest income need to thought of. 3.
