This survey is designed to create an in-depth assessment of the degree to which your organization and /or team exhibits the attributes of a high performing organizational culture. Please respond to the following questions as to what extent you personally believe the statements apply to your organization. We are attempting to develop an accurate picture/benchmark of the organization.
