DR. SUSAN J. WRIGHT is President of The Coaching Project Inc., a Canadian firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development and coach education. She is a faculty member in the MBA program at Athabasca University where she teaches leader coaching. Her book, Leadership Alchemy: The Magic of the Leader Coach is a business bestseller.
