Just how effective is your organization with managing change. How effective were you regarding achieving the majority of your measurable goals? What are three significant changes your organization made during the last twelve months? Be honest with yourself and rate your overall effectiveness in these two areas from 1-10 with 10 being outstanding and 1 being poor. Should your self-assessment not be 7 or greater, You should be looking for what you can do differently because if you keep doing what you have been doing and expect different results...well that is called insanity.
