Leadership Parable
A King in his prime decided to step down and hand over to his son. The King had been very successful and was loved by his people. Nervously, the son asked his father what kind of advice he could give to him.
First, the King replied, you have to have a dream you want to realize for the benefit of all people, not just for yourself or a chosen few.
Secondly, be humble and at peace with yourself.
Finally, always be grateful for what you already have.
The son thought by himself: "the challenge is far bigger than I anticipated."
