The Most Successful Leader

A man once asked a general in ancient China, a member of a family of warriors, which of his family members was the most successful leader.

The general, whose reputation was such that his name became synonymous with leadership in China, replied: "My eldest brother sees battles and challenges; he solves them before they take shape, so his name does not get out of the inner circle. My elder brother engages the enemy when he is still weak en unprepared, so his name does not out of the company of his peers. As for me, I fought a few battles against powerful enemies to secure our borders and restructured part of the army, so my name from time to time gets out and is mentioned among the lords and the public. So, who do you think is the most skillful leader of us three?"

Blank text field might be better Blank text field might be better - Hi TheAnonymousMan, I like your idea! I'm assuming it would be similar to the status feature on Facebook where it might say "Kevin is ... " So I think having a blank text field in the profile box (and even "Leader" boxes on the left and top side of the forums if possible) might be more fun than just choosing from pre-set options from a drop down menu:D
Books for Women Entrepreneurs Books for Women Entrepreneurs - There's a thread for good books in the Resources folder, but it doesn't target books for businesswomen particularly, so I figured I'd start such a thread here. Re: Does Anyone have any New Ideas for a Business Re: Does Anyone have any New Ideas for a Business - An idea is only the beginning. The solution is the key here. I really like the term "turn key solution" and in fact use it as many times as I can in my life. Successful franchises and businesses know exactly what, who, how, where, when and why prior to ever dropping $1 in the bank account. This is what makes people millionaires. Harvest ideas into well oiled machines. A business needs to run itself and sustain itself. If you can show this on paper and show consistent growth in a real world scenario, you will always have a winner. Sounds easy, doesn't it? I'm still working on that myself. It's amazing how many difficult to answer questions come up. Persistence is then key.
