Connecting with a purpose Part III

When asked why, he answered, "Because of my mother."

Chuck relays the tale of how his mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness.  He observed how his mother was treated over the telephone as she set her house in order.

"Every time I answer the telephone, I am speaking with my mother."

Let's remember to treat those who call us as though they were one of our loved ones; "Every Encounter, Every Time, No Exceptions, No Excuses."

"Customer service is not a department, it's an attitude."
