Most people starting a network marketing MLM home business are looking for a secret formula or magic system that will do everything for them. No such things exists. As a matter of fact I am going to REVEAL THE TRUTH on "what it takes to make money" in this industry.

In this article we will focus on those that want to put their business in front of millions of people leveraging the internet. If you are not doing so and still building your business with hotel meetings, home parties, friends and family, you are sorely missing out BIG TIME. The same principles still apply though.

Top producers tend to have a daily method of operation. We always have our days planned out. When we began our marketing we spend 80-90% of our time on INCOME PRODUCING ACTIVITIES. The rest is on training and development. The 97%ers have it backwards.

When you finish reading this you will discover why you obviously aren't getting what you "want" in your network marketing MLM home business. I had the same problems as well and fought hard to overcome them.

Forget everything that others told you about how to make money in this industry. This is the real deal. I dare you to ask any top producer in any company and see if they don't share with you the same thing I am.

THE 3 Things That Make You Money

Traffic

If nobody is coming to your website you will not make money. Period point blank. This is the genesis of your journey to financial freedom in your network marketing MLM home business. This is also the biggest problem that most internet network marketers are having. How do you solve it? More on that later.

Phone/Connecting

In the age of internet network marketing we have all types of tools to stay connected with prospects. You have autorepsonders, magic marketing systems, mass voicemails, and a whole lot more. Those are awesome and I greatly appreciate them as well. However keep in mind this is still a people business. We do business with people not credit cards. Some type of human to human interaction is warranted if you expect to make a full time income and have a lasting business.

Consistency of the 1st two things

Do you know why superstars in sports are just that, superstars? It's not the money or talent. It's simply because they mastered the basics and consistently do the basics. That is it. It's the same when it comes to you and your network marketing MLM home business. Master driving traffic to your website and talking to people on the phone AND do it consistently. You will be amazed at how the heavens open up and shower you with blessings.

This is all very simple yet 97% of network marketers don't do it. Now that you know what to do, examine where your flaws are and fix them. You deserve to have the best in life but you have to fight for it.

Re: MLM Marketing, youtube, and buzzirk mobile. - I have experience with MLM too. My initial reaction to the business was "snake-oil salesman" but once I got to understand the "overall business model" I am now an advocate to it. MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is also known as Network Marketing. I realized an MLM business is no different than any other business. One needs to focus on both words "Network" and "Marketing" and give both equal respect. Some people focus heavily on the Networking part but forget "Marketing". I've started to use Building on a Budget and Magnetic Sponsoring concepts in my NM business and have found that people don't get involved so much because of the product but more because of what you bring to the table as far as marketing systems and support. I have both products listed in my signature. you don't have to buy it as the link to the free videos itself provides you a good understanding of what is required to position yourself as my above paragraph. If you do plan on purchasing it I can tell you that the measly $40 will open your eyes BUT your upline will not be too happy (atleast in the short term) beacuse the system is not duplicateable. I wrote this post as a polar post to Bulmer's reply as I have exhausted the friends and family networking and realized i never really focused on marketing. My leads now are more qualified and open to hearing about my opportunity than the other way around. my 2 cents if you plan on growing an MLM or Networking Marketing business.
Do what i did - I had the same dilemma. My solution? I started my own marketing firm! No, in all reality, even if you have a degree in Marketing, you will have to take crappy entry-level jobs to get your foot in the door. Make the most of them by taking on extra tasks that will give you skills that will improve your resume. It's a slow process, but if you can get just one job in Marketing, you're on your way!
Re: What or Who Sparks Your Business Interest - It's interesting to see what the different motivations are by Age Category. I've noticed this around me: 20 to 29yr olds: Motivator: Money 30 to 39yr olds: Motivator: Success/Ambition 40 to 49yr olds: Motivator: Family comes first 50 to 59yr olds: Motivator: Leaving a legacy i've only gone that far in my analysis. Of course this is a braid generalization but I find that it helps direct my marketing to individuals in different age brackets. The product/service can be the same but the Marketing message (Benefit Statement) to a 20 year will revolve around "Money" vs. a 30-something would be on their "Self Image"
