LIFT VS. DRAG - A Business Leader's Perspective

The question remains how these types of people in your life you draw? You own time, with advice, and hope to those in need. In short, a wingman for you and others to greater heights to fly. Before you expect others to work hard to make your character build. This is the core of leadership. When you do this, wingmen will naturally be attracted to you. They will feel comfortable coming to you for help and you slowly but surely have surrounded yourself by people you trust. I always fly, never solo.

Discipline, hard work, and productive relationships that parasites living off the lifts are unhealthy relationships, addictions and complacency of the drags. With his courage to conquer mediocrity and live instruments. They will help you to win. Do not leave them in their flight plan.
