Gifting
Remember, you are always transacting for help or cash.
This
blog is help to those who read it. Some readers pay me cash to
advertise, consult or participate in their companies. Others pay me
with equitable exchanges of help.
Gifting is a form of money or
help. It rewards people for their participation in your ventures and
life. It is smart as it adds value to those who wish to transact with
you.
But it is also sometimes without the need for compensation or reciprocity.
A
gifts intent is a voluntary act which does not require anything in
return.
Even though it involves possibly a social expectation of a return in
the form of admiration, prestige or power, a gift is meant to be
free.
The term gift can refer to anything that makes the other
happier or less sad, especially as a favor, including forgiveness,
generosity and kindness...and these are the most precious gifts of all.
Happy Holidays, I wish you great joy.
