Realistic attitude and chasing ambition is a worthwhile combination of a leader.

Leaders have to focus on tomorrow with high goals and high energy to reach beyond the sky. They do channelize energy positively in the same direction at 100 percent, even if, people around them say “NO”.

People who have tried for beyond the sky limit success have faced failures. Sometimes, they failed miserably and their spirits are divided in to numerous pieces, on the same night. But, they never quit. Again the next day morning, they re-assemble their spirits and march ahead. They can attach or detach with time and world.

A leader needs to be realistic. They review situations and conditions with five open senses. They inhale scenario and decide to move forward. “Climbing the ladder lying on the wrong wall is not a leader’s language.”
