Growth is a highest calling of leadership.
Human life is constantly growing in form of child, youth and old age. In
my life, status-quo is dying. Stagnancy is nothing but a dead end.
One of my friends is facing finance challenges, because he is growing.
Remember, day pass without a challenge is an average day. The day, has
been not used to build us it is failed in tapingto touch our true
potential.
I was in world HR conference and I had heard most cracking statement by
senior potential leader.” If you are not promoted in 3 years that means
something is wrong in you.”
“If we are growing, we are always going to be out of our comfort zone.” Very profoundly asserted by John Maxwell.
Growth has an invisible relationship with challenges. When you are
facing crisis, hard time, most trying days and meeting new challenges
everyday it means you are growing. When people around you start
criticizing you, gossiping about you and chatting about your life it
means you are growing.
“Don’t wait until
everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be
challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get
started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and
stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more
and more successful.” Wonderful thought is share by Mark Victor Hansen.
What has helped you in growing? What has evoked your best talent? What has shaped you? What has helped you in standing tall?
I think keep moving, meeting challenges and facing tough days offer
great lessons to all of us. These friends always helps us is shaping our
destiny which leads to growth.
I think great thing is not in the standing where you are but in moving
in right direction. Moving forward is a way of life. Stepping from safe
to risk. Stepping from known to unknown. Living in uncomforted zone
from comfort zone. I think it is living. Growth is a highest calling of leadership.
