LEADER IS LIVING ON THE EDGE OF RISK

Leaders have to decide to go with speed, risk and courage instead of safety, slowly and caution. I have to face problems, challenges, may be hurt, embarrassed and even struggled through the tough time. So what, this would not stop me to take a risk. I would love to die on that way where I was living with a feeling of “DOING”. Life is doing not discussing.

I cannot imagine a person who lives his entire life without risk. In fact, life itself is a big risk, where we do not know what the next moment would be. Don’t you think that we all are travelling on the most unknown road?

We can improve our lives by taking risk, decisions, courage and action. Face the challenges. Blind people face risk at every step they move forward. Katherine Mansfield said, "Whenever I prepare for a journey I prepare as though for death. Thinking that if I never return then all should be in order."

We can be embarrassed, hurt and out of comfort zone. But, to live at the same level without any victory is more tragic. The person who does not do anything and is living life with simple routine will never come out of comfort zone.

“The policy of being too cautious is more risk and we pay more heavy prices in a life.” Very well asserted by Andre Guide.

January 31, 2010 evening, Roger Federal, a tennis sports player taking more risk in smashing strokes against R. Murray in the final of AUS- OPEN Tournament to win over. He captured the winner trophy, which he had lost last year on the same ground. The policy of safety and too consciousness is more risky than taking risk over.

We make things more difficult and hard by not taking risk. In fact, we cannot find out new things because we have lost the power of venture. People who all have ventured have travelled far from their sight, place and world.

The policy of being too cautious is more risky as people pay more heavy prices in life.

Re: The Celebrity Apprentice Finale Re: The Celebrity Apprentice Finale - I really do understand what you are saying, Kevin. I'm complaining because ethics are very important to me. In the real world, I want people on my team who are easy to work with and that I can trust. To me, it's not all about money, but I do understand this is why Piers won. I feel it's important to find the best LEADER who can still make money. A great leader can inspire people on his/her team to use their creativity and all their assets in a very successful way. A sketchy leader could hinder this process in the long run. For example, Piers and Amarosa could be efficient, but working in a toxic environment with either of them could get to me in the long run! I like what you said about Carol... she has been my favourite to win for a long time. I would have chosen her for sure! She knew business was business, but she didn't have to be unethical about it. Quite honestly, Trace was not my choice to win, but he was a better option for me than Piers. I'd love to work with Carol any day. Who would you want to work with?

But to answer your question about who I would want to work with... I'd say it really depends on the task. For instance, I think... -Jennie Finch and Lennox Lewis seem like really nice people with laid back personalities and would make great co-workers. -I could see myself working for Carol or vice versa. -if I wanted to win on "The Apprentice", I'd pick Piers Morgan for his rolodex and Gene Simmons because he's the ultimate salesperson.
