LEADER REDEFINE SUCCESS.
I love New Year because I love setting New Year’s Resolutions. I have
to take certain decisions and goals . I am not in the race of
successful person but i have an idea to honour my passion .
For me,i would love to fall in the category of Passion achievment.
My passion would develop me at my fullest. I’m a strong supporter of passion and passion can creates genious and legend. I would love to be mad by following my passion.
My resolution shall be “inner driven leader”. I would love to go for mutual discovery.I
want to travel inside and wants to meet my habits and passion which will lead me to excellent.
I had learn this year that excellence is the force behind success . success is a by product it is never an end result.
I will learn from my within travel and redefine definition of success.

- I really do understand what you are saying, Kevin. I'm complaining because ethics are very important to me. In the real world, I want people on my team who are easy to work with and that I can trust. To me, it's not all about money, but I do understand this is why Piers won.
I feel it's important to find the best LEADER who can still make money. A great leader can inspire people on his/her team to use their creativity and all their assets in a very successful way. A sketchy leader could hinder this process in the long run. For example, Piers and Amarosa could be efficient, but working in a toxic environment with either of them could get to me in the long run!
I like what you said about Carol... she has been my favourite to win for a long time. I would have chosen her for sure! She knew business was business, but she didn't have to be unethical about it. Quite honestly, Trace was not my choice to win, but he was a better option for me than Piers. I'd love to work with Carol any day.

Clarity or "KEEP IT SIMPLE" is probably the best advice anyone can ever give or get when involved in any business or personal situation.
Over 30 years of manufacturing ladies apparel has taught me two critical business lessons:
1-You will never get a 100% perfect outcome so In the BEGINNING,take your time, exhaust all your resources and energy and plan, plan, plan. . . If it STARTS off right it you'll get close to the desired outcome.
2-Keep it simple
I now will add "Clarity" to my formula for success.
CLARITY AND KEEPING IT SIMPLE BREEDS SUCCESS . . . .
I know the advice above is simple but isn't that what it's all about.
Thanks Ringo, This information not only was great for my website but it reminded me that "keeping it simple and clear" got me and my teams through some wicked situations

Hi Tami,
If you ask me, I think Carol vs Piers would've made a more interesting matchup since it'd not only be good vs evil, but a woman vs a man.
But to answer your question about who I would want to work with... I'd say it really depends on the task. For instance, I think...
-Jennie Finch and Lennox Lewis seem like really nice people with laid back personalities and would make great co-workers.
-I could see myself working for Carol or vice versa.
-if I wanted to win on "The Apprentice", I'd pick Piers Morgan for his rolodex and Gene Simmons because he's the ultimate salesperson.
