Leadership is the expression of courage. Leadership position won’t give you courage but courage can make you a true leader. Leaders love formula of “BE COURAGEOUS”. My observation of last 25 years, working with business houses and entrepreneurs, they all have faced major breaks down and frustrations, but they have never lost courage to cope up with the situation.
