Life battle does not stop at the door of university of intelligence but finished at the accomplishment level of life with the help of university intelligence.

That's what I try to tell students who are graduating, "Don't let your diploma be your death certificate." It's endemic for all of us to get caught into mass ways of living, yet we have the gift of life. There is no limitation on that other than the real power of limit, and limits give us power. It's like isometrics. We don't have to be the models of what is offered to us by the left, by the right, by society. We have the ability to be unique, because originality is who each one of us is. That's our vocation.

The real adventure of leader is to be alive. Leaders are alive and live. They never die before their actual death.

A world will be a dangerous place for you if you are not alive. Isn't it.?Even experiencing aliveness is only possible with the attitude of living. Be live. Be alive .That's all. Rest all will follow you.

A professional completed his PH.D or Master in technology then he thinks that everything is over. He has a lifelong certificate in the hand and now he have a license to move in the world .He encase that diploma or degree for life time.Infact, his life starts after it. After acquiring diploma or degree people think that now learning is stops , he had not to learn .We are in the world of unlearning, relearning an delearning. Leader most of the time travel on the new roads. Leader has to prove that he really has master and he deserves that master.

Revisit the question what do I want? Keep revisiting. It's a question that can take some time to really answer. Leadership is keep visiting in the life and replans the life to prove that you really have master and you deserve master.
