What can influence people?

We can influence people by code of conduct, personal creed and practices of the principle. We have to behave as a responsible leader and follow the code of conduct affirmed by ourselves only.

Team members or family members or social surroundings can be influenced by behaviour only. People can doubt your words but they cannot doubt your code of conduct. Continuous demonstration of principles and aesthetic values can inspire and ignite mind of the people.

M.K. Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and APJ Kalam are the examples of good leaders.

Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela and Sachin Tendulkar are the live examples of leadership and code of conduct.

We can attain happy life by correct practices and code of conduct. We have to develop our own creed. We shall evolve personal creed at least three times in a day, to motivate ourselves and to follow our own norms.
