SUCCESS NEVER COMES OVER NIGHT
Today morning I came to know that the highest level of recognition
of India “BHARAT RATNA” is awarded to Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. Who is an indian
classical singer.
Today his age is 89 years and performing.
He had started his career in the early 1920. I mean it is a contribution of
nearly 70 years. I repeat 70 years.
Success never comes over night. It is always a story of years after years.
Few great contributors I would love to recall at this moment. Lata Mangeskar,
Bismillakhan, Ravi shankar, Nelson Mandela, Mahatama Gandhi, Carttonlst Laxaman
APJ Kalam and many more…are the examples of nonstop contribution.
All great performers have contributed in decades.
Trying to win the game of life through short cuts is a mirage in the desert.
You may win for a short span and you may reach to a good place, where few have
reached before but it won’t make you legendary performer.
Consistency and contributive attitude always created legendary performers.
During this journey you have to face problems, challenges, obstacles and hard
time. Remember, smooth roads never reach on the peak of the mountain. Leaders
are living with an attitude to transfer stumbling blocks in to unlimited
opportunities.
Amitabh Bachchan is a legendary performer in India has faces number of failures
but he knows the truth of life that no failure is a final failure. To be fail
for life time is almost impossible.
I believe strongly that no failure is a final failure and no
defeat is a permanent defeat.
Can we take decision of performing consistently, which will carry us to a final
success where today morning Bhimsen Joshi has reached?

Clarity or "KEEP IT SIMPLE" is probably the best advice anyone can ever give or get when involved in any business or personal situation.
Over 30 years of manufacturing ladies apparel has taught me two critical business lessons:
1-You will never get a 100% perfect outcome so In the BEGINNING,take your time, exhaust all your resources and energy and plan, plan, plan. . . If it STARTS off right it you'll get close to the desired outcome.
2-Keep it simple
I now will add "Clarity" to my formula for success.
CLARITY AND KEEPING IT SIMPLE BREEDS SUCCESS . . . .
I know the advice above is simple but isn't that what it's all about.
Thanks Ringo, This information not only was great for my website but it reminded me that "keeping it simple and clear" got me and my teams through some wicked situations
