MISTAKES FREE LEADERSHIP IS NOT POSSIBLE
Anyone who has worked in an office for more than a day has made a mistake. While most people accept that slip-ups are unavoidable, no one likes to be responsible for them. The good news is that mistakes, even big ones, don't have to leave a permanent mark on your career. In fact, most contribute to organizational and personal learning; they are an essential part of experimentation and a prerequisite for innovation. So don't worry: if you've made a mistake at work, - and, again, who hasn't? - you can recover gracefully and use the experience to learn and grow.
LEADERSHIP IS NOT MARKETING FEELINGS BUT DEMONSTRATING ATTITUDE
People around you are not interested in your feelings and emotions .Even 90 percentage people do not record your emotions and 10 percentages notice it but not ready to help you. DOING NOTHING HAS SIGNIFICANT VALUE IN THE LIFE
It was a beautiful, Sunday morning in Porbandar India as I park my car near the Kirti Mandir. It is a place where M.K.Gandhi was born. I took a deep breath and let it out slowly. LEADERSHIP MEANS BEING EXCELLENT AT ANY PLACE, ANY TIME
I've been playing tennis for nearly five decades. I love the game and I hit the ball well, but I'm far from the player I wish I were. I've been thinking about this a lot the past couple of weeks, because I've taken the opportunity, for the first time in many years, to play tennis nearly every day. LEADERS TRY TO GET BETTER EACH DAY
Big changes and higher achievements in a day are almost difficult. That's why small change in right direction along with speed is a need of an hour. Small changes are possible therefore progress is possible. Lesser promises and higher delivery is an attitude of leader. Leader become more significant and prominent after experiences of decade in the field .But he can become authority and legend with learning attitude.
LEADERS DARE THEREFORE THEY ARE......
They never limit themselves even though situations are not favorable. Leadership is not time for comfort and ease. Leaders never die with unused potentiality. They never prefer to close music of life without the song of success. Not to dare and to live with unachievable dreams is not a leaders attitude. Leader does work and dare because they wants to live.
THE BEST WAY TO LEAD : PURSUE YOUR PASSION

LEADER MUST DWELL IN TO HIMSELF TO TAP HIS POTENTIALITY
If we are not criticized we will not do much. We will not be able to reach our level of potentiality. To avoid critic do nothing. Be nothing. Keep silence. Focus on goals. Be live and alive. Let energy flow in to the right direction. Let us produce results. Yes results. Let it speak, you do not speak. "Pay no attention to what the critics say...
