Revenue and Profitability

Organizations will achieve their greatest revenue and profitability once they discover how to unleash the potential within their primary asset, their employees.

Inauthentic businesses are in competition for profits with everybody ... their customers, business partners, suppliers, even their employees. The best companies are thriving not because of one leader's emotional intelligence but because they are cultivating the leadership throughout the entire organization. With the increasingly rapid rate of change organizations with low levels of emotional intelligence and employee engagement are becoming less viable. The way to retain talent and increase engagement is to apply what makes employees exceptional to what they do and how they do it. The good news is with today's focus on actions and results the opportunity to create a great organization is better than ever. Emotionally intelligent employees develop deeper client relationships that enable them to become the trusted authority within your market space.

What is your organization's current revenue and profitability PER EMPLOYEE?

Do you need better results? Do you want better results enough to embrace change?

Employee and Customer Engagement:

Organizations with a high level of emotional intelligence have a ratio of engaged to actively disengaged employees of 9.57:1. And the ratio of fully engaged customers to actively disengaged customers is 8:1. In average organizations, the ratio of engaged to actively disengaged employees is 1.83:1. And the ratio of fully engaged customers to actively disengaged customers is 0.8:1.

It is time that we begin developing enterprise-wide authentic leadership cultures demonstrating a singular core belief...

hiring an employee hiring an employee - You may want to consider contracting out instead of actually hiring. Some factors to think about if you hire someone as an employee and you put them on payroll you will be required to pay CPP and EI, as well as deducting CPP, EI and Taxes from their paycheck and remitting them to Revenue Canada. So you will need to 1. Register with Revenue Canada so you can make the remittenances 2. make sure you keep really good track of these deductions 3. it you don't have the time to do payroll you may need to hire a bookkeeper. or you could contract out the hours that you would need an assistant. The would be able to work from their space or your office. There is another option that you might want to consider some of the community centers offers training programs for new immigrants or anyone wish to change professions some of these programs require that they offer their services for 6 or 8 weeks (no charge to the employer).
