5 Keys to Your Personal Mission Statement
Mission statements are critical for successful companies. This is a well known fact throughout the business world. However, unfortunately the quest to create a mission statement often stops at the corporate level. This is not the case with leaders. Leaders have mission statements for both their professional and personal lives. A mission statement defines why they are here and the mark they have been commissioned to leave this world. Here are five steps to creating your "mission".
- Define what your core values
- Establish clearly what you want to be known for.
- Define the legacy you want to leave behind
- Dictate the character you want others to follow.
- Systematically execute your mission
