What is Stuck? It is often described as the feeling of being in the rut of a unwanted turn in your professional and personal journey. Take these tips with you today:
- Stop lying to yourself: Don't pretend everything is under control. Critically analyze your situation with a coach or mentor.
This requires the consultation of someone on the outside who has your best interest at heart.
Sit down, and determine who that person is. Consult the leadership coach assigned to you when you registered to receive this information. This is what they are here for.
Make specifics when compiling your current status of where you are and what you can and cannot control.
Chart this information so you can clearly see what areas you need to concentrate your energy on.
This single, most important step, just like a stuck vehicle, will propel you forward in getting you out of that "rut" and back on your journey
