THE “SECRET RECIPES” OF LEADERSHIP - By Jerel Benjamin

Name: Email:

"Leaders pursue excellence, never perfection. Perfection is the selfish notion that one must be better than all others and is never realized. Excellence is pursuit of leadership that shows honor because the leader is honorable."

- Jerel Benjamin

Your belief system is the core of your entrepreneurial engine. Your decisions are based entirely upon what belief systems you have adopted regarding your ability to succeed.

In business, the belief that we can get what we seek by giving a pretense of "perfection" or holding others to such "perfection-like" standards will ultimately lead to failure as a leader.

Leaders do not strive for perfection, or hold others accountable to such standards they themselves can never reach. By giving false pretences of standards that lack genuine concern for those affected, you harm your own ability to lead and failure will soon be your only option. Eliminating this belief will have lifelong benefits if you keep your eyes on the prize and are committed to honorable excellence in doing what it takes to succeed. Take this methodical approach to your leadership moving forward:
