As a Leadership Life Trainer, my philosophy toward life is that you must lead the life you love. For me everything resolves around leadership and how you as an individual decide to lead yourself. There is a lot of talk about life balance and how to create life balance. I hear and read many solutions out there, but when it all comes down to it, it really boils down to one question, how are you going to lead your life?

When I sit down with a client, one of the first questions I ask is "What do you want your photo album to look like." I'm referring to your photo album of life, your memory bank. In your last hours of living, what memories do you want.

To lead a life you love, you must set boundaries and set boundaries early. Learn to lead your life, and you can never lead your life trying to please everyone, IT JUST WON'T WORK. So here are a few tips for you to lead the life you love.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE

This may seem funny, but you would be surprise to find out, many people have lost them selves because they have been living other peoples ideas of them.

KNOW YOUR LIMITS

Superman and Superwoman are fictional characters, no, really they are. Just because you bought the T-Shirt, doesn't turn you into a super-hero. Do what you can, the best you can and be happy about it.

KNOW WHAT YOU NEED

Many people have never really asked what makes me happy. I'm very simple, I love my space and know what I like. The sooner you get to this place in life, life will be so enjoyable for you.

Implement these 3 concepts into your life TODAY! Lead your life, lead it well and lead it free from outside opinions.
